Registration for Tours.
To register for a trip, first read our Terms and Conditions and make sure you fully understand them.

Then fill in our Registration / Enquiry Form below and click on the 'Submit' at the bottom of the form. The form will automatically be sent to us. Depending on what you have requested, we will either register you for a tour own your own, or attempt to place you on a tour with other participants.
The payment schedule is as follows for each traveler:
A US$500 deposit is due at the time of making the reservation. The balance is due 60 days before the start date of the trip. If a reservation is made less than 60 days before the start date of a trip, the entire amount must be paid in full at the time of making the reservation. At the time you pay for the balance of the trip, we will know if you are on an exclusive tour, or on a tour sharing with other clients, and your final payment will be calculated and communicated to you accordingly.
Please note that payment of a deposit is confirmation that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions and agree to be bound by their provisions.
Once we have received your deposit we will confirm your booking by return, and give you a booking reference. Please remember to quote this booking reference on all future correspondence and enquiries. Please also note that your booking is not confirmed until we contact you.
Payment may be made to us by telegraphic or wire transfer, or over the Internet through paypal.com to which we subscribe. This is a safe, quick way of making payments over the Internet.
We will then send you by courier a comprehensive tour dossier, with your own personal itinerary, map, guidelines and suggested reading list.
To reserve your airline tickets on-line, we have provided some useful Airline Links to web sites that offer this service. Alternatively, you can use your favorite travel agency to book a ticket based on our tour dates. Each itinerary suggests a suitable airline that is an ideal fit for that itinerary.
