Is my international air fare included in the price of a tour?
No – all tour prices include land only and internal air fares only. You are responsible for purchasing your return air ticket from your home country.

Can The Far Horizons guarantee that my tour will run?
The Far Horizons reserves the right to cancel any tour if an economically viable number of members do not sign up for a tour. In such an unlikely event, we will inform you at least 60 days prior to departure. You will be given the option to carry on with the tour privately, and bear the extra costs of doing this. If you do not wish to take up this option, the tour will be cancelled, and any amounts you have paid us will be returned in full. The Far Horizons is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by members in preparing for the tour.

Can I change my mind and transfer to another tour?
You can change from one tour to another if you do this more than 60 days before the start date of your tour. After this, our cancellation policy will apply.

What are my rooming options if I’m traveling alone?
We make every effort to arrange shared accommodations for single travelers when requested to do so. If the request cannot be honored, the quoted single supplement will apply.

How do I pay for my tour?
Payment may be made to us by telegraphic or wire transfer, or by Paypal, using your credit card.
